I just "inherited" my moms old turntable and records and I am enjoying the great sound. However, the needle isn't adjusted correctly. It is either too short or too long, I think. Hi, remove the cartridge carrier (slider) from the headshell and check the small metal contacts, these can sometimes become, loose /bent/ corroded, so worth checking. There's a manual in the VE library if you don't have one.
